Having spent the last 20 years in the mortgage industry, I have had the opportunity to share with customers my experience in the purchase and refinance market with FHA, VA and conventional and Jumbo, refinance of conventional and non-conventional loan by establishing relationships my customer is my priority to provide excellent customer service while educating you through the lending process. As a Marine corps veteran I was instilled with values that translate here, with honor, integrity and commitment. That is how I approach each and every one of the opportunities I get to help a customer. My pride and joy are my kids , one is in college and the other is about to enter the college world. So of course I went and got some puppies to kind of to fill in the time I used to spend with them. That’s a whole other story. My team has a process to keep you informed with your loan activity from start to finish, where we include you in the process so you are aware of where you are in the loan. A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
